Clear information.
Accountable publishing.
Parking Charge Watch is a free independent publication created by Digitally Brilliant to make private parking information easier to find and use.
Our approach
We link to official sources, date our guides and distinguish reported experiences from established findings. We assess each operator and issue on its evidence. A disputed charge is not proof of wrongdoing.
Independence and funding
This project is funded and maintained by Digitally Brilliant. It currently has no advertising, affiliate links or paid appeal services. We are not affiliated with Civil Enforcement Limited, other parking operators, trade associations or appeal bodies.
Contributor moderation
We check submissions for relevance, personal information and unsupported allegations. We may ask for supporting evidence, edit for clarity, decline publication or remove material. A contributor’s account will be labelled as such; we will not describe an outcome as verified without checking appropriate evidence.
Fairness and corrections
We do not publish allegations of deliberate obstruction, dishonesty or technical failure as established fact without adequate evidence. Where material criticism warrants it, we seek a response before publication. Operators have a direct corrections and response route.
Why this project exists
Parking Charge Watch is a Digitally Brilliant project designed to make private parking information easier to access. Any case studies will distinguish the motorist’s account, the operator’s response and the eventual outcome.
