Publisher and purpose

Parking Charge Watch is published by Digitally Brilliant. Contact info@digitallybrilliant.co.uk. The website provides free general consumer information about private parking procedures. It is not a law firm, an appeals representative, a parking operator or an official appeals service.

Using the information

Content is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances or a guarantee of a legal or appeal outcome. Rules, scheme requirements and time limits can change and differ by jurisdiction. Check your own notice and current official sources, and obtain appropriate advice where needed. You remain responsible for your submissions and deadlines.

Templates

You may copy, adapt and use our original templates free of charge for your own appeal or complaint. Remove placeholders, check every statement and include only honest, relevant information. Do not present a template as personalised legal advice from us.

External links

Links help you locate sources and services. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them, and linking does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Contributions and permission

Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not include confidential information, personal identifiers, threats, abuse, fabricated reviews or unsupported accusations. Do not name individual employees. Contributors retain ownership of their original content.

If you select the optional publication permission, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to edit for clarity, anonymise and publish your contribution on this website with your chosen display name. We will not materially change its meaning. You may withdraw permission by email and we will remove it promptly. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently made by others or search-engine caches.

All submissions are moderated. Submission creates no entitlement to publication, advice or a response. We may decline or remove content and seek clarification or evidence. Report factual concerns through our contact page.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with the site, impersonate others or use it unlawfully. Our original content and design belong to the publisher except where stated otherwise. Personal use, permitted template use, quotation and other uses allowed by law are unaffected. Seek permission for substantial republication. Third-party names identify their respective organisations and imply no endorsement.

Accuracy and responsibility

We take reasonable care with content and corrections, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes and disputes

Future changes take effect when published; they do not retrospectively remove existing rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections and rights to use local courts that apply to you. Contact us first if you wish to raise a concern.
